EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE We have all seen the advertising gimmicks that use quotes from a few selected customers to promote a company's goods and services. Worse yet are the movie reviews that quote a critic somewhere "…this movie will be the year's best…". We had to do just a short move from Santa Maria to San Luis Obispo and IVL was so helpful. They took care of everything! I thought it was going to take all week but IVL got it done in just one day.
